Certly came out of a simple frustration: an expired CSCS card, MOT or Driver CPC costs money. A job that can't go ahead, a lorry stuck on the yard, a fine on the mat — when all that actually went wrong was a missed date in a spreadsheet.

What we do

Certly monitors the expiry dates of the certificates, inspections and licences held by your people, vehicles and plant. You put it all in once (or import the spreadsheet you already keep) and Certly emails you automatically 90, 60 and 30 days before every expiry date. The dashboard shows at a glance what's valid, what's due soon, and where you need to act now.

Who it's for

We build Certly for construction, transport and rail businesses: from a sole trader with one van to firms running dozens of people, vehicles and machines. Not a complicated HR suite, not a module you never open — one thing, done properly.

Certly is built in the Netherlands and serves customers across the UK. The app, the reminder emails, the weekly summary and the evidence pack all run in British English, with UK document types — CSCS, SMSTS, Driver CPC, MOT, LOLER and the rest — built in, and your subscription is billed in pounds.
