What happens when I grow and my bundle is full?
You'll see it the moment you add a worker, with a button to upgrade your bundle. Upgrades take effect immediately and are settled on your next invoice — you lose nothing and don't have to set anything up again.
What's the difference between Certly and Certly Pro?
Certly is the complete tracking layer: expiry dates, automatic reminders, AI reading, renewal links, annual planning and reports. Certly Pro adds the planning side: projects and clients with requirements per job, gate readiness up front and compliance onboarding for new starters.
Is the app itself in English?
Yes — sign up from this page and your whole account runs in British English: the app, the reminder emails, the weekly summary and the evidence pack. UK document types (CSCS card, Driver CPC, MOT, LOLER, IPAF and more) come built in, and workers can receive their own reminders in English, Polish or Romanian.
What currency will I be billed in?
In pounds. Sign up from this page and your subscription is billed in GBP at the prices shown here — no currency conversion on your statement. Certly is an EU-based company, so prices exclude VAT; for UK businesses the reverse-charge mechanism typically applies.
What does the subcontractor add-on do?
Every subcontractor gets their own portal to keep the certificates of their people and plant current, plus a company file with registration, insurance and certification documents. Note: a complete file reduces risk and speeds up audits, but never fully removes supply-chain liability.
Monthly or yearly — what's the difference?
With a yearly plan you get more than two months free: you pay £219 a year instead of 12 × £21.95, for example. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. All prices are per company, excluding VAT.
